Knee Replacement

Knee arthritis can cause severe pain and loss of function. Patients often struggle to walk or work without severe discomfort.

Total knee replacement is a surgical procedure to replace the arthritic knee with a prosthetic design that allows return to activity and life.

With minimally invasive technique most knee replacement surgery can be performed outpatient with the patient able to walk and go home the same day as surgery.

Hip Replacement

Hip arthritis is a disabling condition due to loss of cartilage in the joint. Patients will often limp and have trouble with basic activities due to pain and stiffness of the hip.

Total hip replacement performed via a minimally invasive anterior approach provides a solution to this problem allowing patients to return to activity and life without pain.

Using the anterior approach, patients are able to get up and walking almost immediately and are able to go home the same day as surgery.

SubV Knee

The SubV Knee is a minimally invasive technique for knee replacement that involves an incision made along the medial (inside) portion of the knee.

Rather than the traditional approach that involves cutting through the main muscle and tendon of the knee, the SubV (subvastus) approach simply lifts the muscle up and out of the way.

Utilizing this approach, patients can have the potential to recover more quickly and with less pain.
